OHME! Freeze-Dried Foods

Hello! We're Han + Jenny, Co-Founders of OHME!

Like most of the people around us, we were forced into revamping our health journey due to the global pandemic as our previous active lifestyle was put to a halt. So, we've decided to focus on the food we’re putting in our bellies, starting with a healthy breakfast! 

Our easy go-to pick-me-up breakfast was oatmeal, but it quickly became boring. We wanted a bit more [ fun ] in our bowls - without all the sugary processed options you usually find at the stores.

That's when we discovered the magical world of freeze-dried fruit toppings: crunchy, colorful bits of real fruits with no added sugar but packed with big flavor. We quickly realized that this process is LIFE-CHANGING! It not only preserves up to 95% of the nutritional value, but also retains flavor, is versatile, and has a super long shelf life.
